Pope on YouTube

The Vatican has started a channel on YouTube. The new channel will cover the activities of Pope Benedict XVI and other Vatican events. It contains many of the Holy Fathers recent talks, with very clearly spoken English translations (although there are still a few videos that have not been translated). This is a very convenient way to stay plugged into what is happening in Rome. There is one thing that you may want to watch out for if you have children: the Vatican page, due to the nature of YouTube's content format, does contain links to secular videos. These videos don't appear to be endorsed or controlled by the Vatican. You can find them under the title Featured Videos. Have a look for yourself: http://www.youtube.com/vatican
