I wrote Alex the other day to see how he was doing. I told him about the great response that I received from those who read Catholic Adventure. He was very nice and promptly sent a reply to my questions asking him how he was doing and if he would be driving on the Ice Roads again. Here is part of the message that he sent to me:
Thank you for your concern and well wishes. I was in the hospital roughly ten days at the end of March. Since then I have been home and working. I got a few extra pills to take out of the deal. I have been making and delivering top soil and providing services to my customers in other ways. I expect to be hauling freight north on the ice again this winter.
I would like to feel like I did when I was 22 but I expect this is not going to happen.
Thank you for all of your support and God bless your family and friends.
Sincerely Yours,
Alex M. Debogorski
